Problem Solving and Decision Making

4 hrs

Creative thinking is not a talent, it's a skill that can be learned. A significant component of problem solving and decision making is planning. It's much harder to correct the results of poor planning than it is to plan correctly in the first place.

A decision is a blueprint for action; hence, a decision to do nothing is in fact a decision. In this course, participants expand on the four phases of problem solving and decision making:

  1. Formulation

  2. Evolution

  3. Implementation

  4. Evaluation

Components
