If death is the culmination of your life’s achievements, don't you think you should start building those achievements today? And within that framework, shouldn't we also be cognizant of our achievements in terms of our family and career, both individually and within our organization? While the answers are never completely known, the choices we make, people who influence them, and manner and methods with which they occur are the source and measure of the quality of those achievements.

As we move through the continuum of life, are we committed to self improvement and the improvement of others? Are we willing to make the appropriate investments of time and energy to assure our success and the success of others?

In this course, participants explore the opportunities for charting our own course of work, self-satisfaction, and organizational growth while building a better self image, organizational profile, and capitalizing on the developmental success of others.
